英褔納 Infernal 紅葡萄酒 ，它的商標是“紅魔”，不要害怕，此紅魔 Infernal 在法國著名葡萄酒產區

但卻是典型的“古典葡萄酒”，主要用了著名釀酒葡
萄品種“Merlot和Cabernet Sauvignon”並添加羅納
河流域的“恪倫納什(Grenache)和卡日戈楠( Carignan )
”這二種當地重要葡萄品種而釀製的高品質混合型葡
萄酒；色澤暗紅，酒體豐滿，氣味芳香，口味清淡的
dry紅葡萄酒。還沒試過法國南方的“卡日戈楠
Carignan”葡萄品種, 不妨一試，不過，其最佳飲用溫
度是攝氏 16-17度，配搭肉類菜餚或奶酪。英褔納
Infernal 在《Vallee de L'Herault》獲銀質獎。

Nearly a thousand years ago, in the heart of the
Languedoc where the Hérault river bursts fromits gorges, Saint Guilhem emerged victoriousfrom a duel with the devil thus enabling himto build a bridge known today as the Devil'sBridge. Even nowadays, one wonders whetherit might not just be possible that the Devil – the Infernal - has become the river itself … One legend has led to another in the form of a wine conceived on this outstanding soil made up of rounded pebbles formed from shale, clay and limestone. Produced by traditional methodsfrom a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon,Grenache and Carignan, it is a long, warm, deeply coloured wine, with ripe fruit on the noseand lots of spice.A powerful, well balancedmouth ensures you will enjoy it with meat andcheeses.
