Languedoc wine

朗格多克-魯西永葡萄酒產區, 也稱法國南部葡萄酒產區,
是世界 葡萄酒產量最高的地區。全世界3/10的葡萄酒
都來自於這裏。和其他葡萄酒產地一樣, 朗格多克-魯西
永產區, 有許多AOC法規下的葡萄酒。但該地區還釀制
質量和銷量都很好的葡萄酒-地區餐酒(VDP村酒)。主要
的優良地區餐酒基地是奧克基地(OC), 和埃羅地區, 這
两個產區的VDP既有普通又有精品。

 

朗格多克-魯西永葡萄酒產區：

朗格多克莊園是朗格多克最大的 AOC 葡萄酒產區。它西起那博納 (Narbonne) 鎮, 東邊幾乎到了羅馬的尼姆 (Nimes) 鎮, 占了大半個埃羅省。除了朗格多克莊園, 朗格多克-魯西永葡萄園產區還有許多 AOC 地區。下面是一些主要 AOC 葡萄產區: Corbieres (科比爾區), Costieres de Nimes (科提艾爾‧尼姆區), Clairette du Languedoc (朗格多克小水晶區), Cotes du Roussillon (科特‧魯西永區), Faugeres (浮日爾區), Fitou (菲都區), Minervois (米尼爾弗奧區) and Saint Chinian (聖‧希尼昂區)。

Corbières .科比爾區介绍

Corbieres(科比爾區) 位於法閾朗格多克西南的比利牛斯丘陵地帶, 由11個分區組成是朗朗格多克-
魯西永地區最有名和最重要的的紅葡萄酒產區。該地區葡萄酒的特色是酒濃度高、 色澤深紅、酒
體豐滿、氣味芳香, 多為乾紅葡萄酒。葡萄品種：卡日戈楠、西拉等。

Corbières is one of the largest wine appellation in France. To distinguish the wines, Corbières is divided into 11 terroirssuch as Sigean, Lézignan, Boutenac and Lagrasse.
The "terroirs" produce mainly red wines. The grape variety is Carignan for about 50%. More and more wine are made in oak barrels. It demonstrates the path taken towards quality by wine makers in Corbières for about a century.
Red wines are rich and, spicy, full body and fruity. Although competing now with Coteaux du Languedoc and Saint Chinian, Corbières wines still offer good value.

Saint Chinian 葡萄酒介紹

AOC產區聖‧希尼昂：

St. Chinian (聖‧希尼昂區) 位於米尼弗奧和浮日爾中間, 塞維尼斯山坡地帶。這裏不但釀製酒體豐滿的乾紅葡萄酒, 而且還釀製乾玫瑰紅葡萄酒。葡萄品種：西拉、格倫納什等葡萄品種。
Saint Chinian wine
Saint Chinian is located north of Boziers city. Vineyards lay in coteaux, meaning that they cover one side of the hills, the ones facing at the sea.
Saint Chinian is famous since the 14th century although the first vine was planted during the 9th century.
Saint Chinian is usually more tannic than other Languedoc red wines except Faugeres strong red wines. However some skillful wine makers manage to compensate with a delicate and full flavor wine. With the quality still improving, Saint Chinian is definitely an appellation to follow.
