We are proud to announce, that Mr. David Yau, President of Wainlink Enterprise Ltd is appointed the exclusive Wine Consultant and Wine Taster for MSE Deutsche Weine in the Asia Pacific Region since 1st September 2008 .

Mr. David Yau is an excellent Wine Connoisseur and a recognized expert in Hongkong and China. He has many years of experience with wine and in the wine business and very good contacts in whole Asia.

在我們的網頁里 , 可以找到 100 港元以上的葡萄酒 , 價格並不高 , 但與市面上大部分銷售的100 港元以下的葡萄酒相比 , 我的葡萄酒可能還是貴了些。然而, 低價葡萄酒不是我的方向 , 我不介紹劣質、低價的“價格葡萄酒”, 而是給消費者推薦或提供品質有保証值得享用的 “價值葡萄酒”。 “價值葡萄酒” 是 "物美價廉" 的葡萄酒。我一貫的理念是將高質素而價錢又合理的產品帶給顧客 , 令每日都能喝到的美味廉價的葡葡酒得以普及是我的希望和與眾同仁努力的方向。
我的宗旨是要在品質 - 價格 - 品牌形象這三要素之間 , 找到最佳的結合點。
喝酒要喝得有品味, 喝得健康。葡萄酒應該是天然的原生態傳統葡萄酒 。反對推銷加入糖、酒精、色素和其他非天然成份的葡萄酒。還是那句話 , 躲開最便宜的酒就是治療隔日頭痛的良方。
因此, 我重申 , 某些新世界的低價葡萄酒不是我的發展領域。
