Production area: Santo Stefano Belbo, hamlet Marini. Produced with 100% Moscato grapes. Only the extraordinary terroir, the steep slopes facing south and the hot rays of the sun could generate such an aristocratic wine of great personality.
Selected the best Moscato grapes in the Marini estate we let them withered in the barn hung one by one by threads for fifty days.
The wine obtained ferments and rests for one year in little French oak barrels and for six months in bottle. Very elegant and elaborate it goes well with sweet desserts and cheese but also with foie gras.
Best served at: 12-14°C.

莫斯卡托 甜酒 (Moscato Passito) , 皮埃蒙特 (Piemonte) DOC
皮埃蒙特聖斯特凡諾貝爾博(Belbo) 的小村馬里尼(Marini) 是這款 “風乾脫水甜酒” 的產區。這款酒採用100%莫斯卡托(Moscato)葡萄釀製。馬里尼(Marini) 具有非凡的沃土(terroir),陡峭的朝南山坡和充分的陽光賦於該款甜酒有種深邃的高貴氣派的個性。 選擇馬里尼葡萄園最好的莫斯卡托葡萄,採摘後掛在穀倉風乾脫水為期五十天才釀製。在法國小橡木桶醇化12個月,另在瓶中陳放6個月。酒體非常豐滿,酒質精緻典雅,具有淡淡花香和柑橘類植物的味道。是一瓶佳釀甜酒。
適宜搭配甜點、乳酪和鵝肝。
最佳飲用溫度:12-14°C。
最佳飲用酒杯:“鬱金香”杯。
莫斯卡托甜酒 (Moscato Passito) 的釀製工藝如法國汝拉 (JURA) 產區的Vin de Paille,故也稱 “意大利稻草酒”。
